Heading from Exeter City Centre
From Exe Bridges Roundabout, take the A377 exit onto Alphington Road, continue past the Sainsbury’s junction then take the next left onto the B3123 / Church Road. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit continuing on Church Rd. At the double roundabout, take the Shillingford St George exit, heading up hill onto Shillingford Road. Continue on this road, go through Shillingford Abbot all the way down the hill. The School is on the right just after the Shillingford St George sign.
From the M5
Head south until junction 31, use the left 2 lanes to take the A30 exit to Bodmin/Okehampton. Continue onto the A30. Use the left lane to take the A377 slip road to Exeter/Credition. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A377 heading into Exeter.
Take the first left, following signs for Alphington. At the traffic lights turn right. Then use the centre lane to turn right at the lights for Alphington. Then take the next left onto the B3123 / Church Road.

From the A38
Head North, exiting onto the A379 for Dawlish/Topsham/Exminster/Marsh Barton. Continue on A379. Turn left onto Chudleigh Rd signposted for Alphington. Continue on Chudleigh Road until you reach a double roundabout. Take the first exit onto Shillingford Road, heading up hill.
Continue on this road, go through Shillingford Abbot all the way down the hill. The School is on the right just after the Shillingford St George sign.

Coming from Tiverton Town Centre
Head from town towards Tiverton Parkway station, past Canal Hill and Tesco. When you reach the big roundabout by the garage take the first exit and head past Elmore Football Club. Stay on this road until you reach the roundabout by McDonald’s Drive Thru, take the first exit and then the next left. Follow the road past the One Stop Shop and the site is on the left. If you reach Two Moors Primary School, you’ve gone too far!
Coming from the A361 link road (heading north)
Come off at the first Tiverton junction. Go right at the roundabout (by McDonald’s Drive Thru) and then take the first left. Stay on this road until you go past the One Stop Shop, the site is just a bit further, on the left. If you reach Two Moors Primary School, you’ve gone too far!
Coming from the link road (heading south)
Go straight on at first Tiverton roundabout heading towards the M5. Take the next exit after the roundabout. Turn right and follow the road down to the McDonald’s Drive Thru roundabout, take the third exit. Then take the first left. Follow the road past the One Stop Shop and the site is on the left. If you reach Two Moors Primary School, you’ve gone too far!

From the A38
- Leave the A38 at the South Brent exit
- Turn right at the Marley head roundabout near South Brent
- Take the small exit signposted Webland and horsebrook
- Immediately take the first right signposted Webland (dirty brown sign)
- After 1/4 of a mile at the crossroads turn right
- After 1/2 a mile you reach Skayhorn farm. Bear straight on down the hill (don’t follow the road right).
- After 1/4 of a mile before the A38 underpass you reach Bridge house farm on the left.
